Our school board announced committee and board liaisons for this year. Assignments are listed with the school board members on the right of this page. We also have a non-board member, Michele Eichhorn, who will continue this year on Legislative Action, managing news and updates that impact non-public schools.

2010/11 Brings New Meeting Time & New Board Members

Our school board meets the first Tuesday of the month, now at a new earlier time, 6:30 pm. Meetings are held at the St. Joseph Parish Center.

We also are welcoming four new members to the School Board: Kerry Corona, Kristen Gross, Veronica Mazucca and Denise Steinbrecher.

This, our second year as Holy Family Catholic School, offers promise and prosperity for a vibrant future. This strong team of talented leaders are already cultivating the events, plans and activities that support our school administrators in building even greater success for HFCS students and families in the years to come.

HFCS School Board Presents

Texas Hold'em Tournament
March 13th, 2010 - East Campus Gym
6 p.m. check in and dinner

7 p.m. first hand dealt

$100 buy-in for players, includes dinner and beverages

Or $20 spectator admission for dinner and fun.

Raffles, 50/50 drawings promise something for everyone.

Practice tables will be available.

     Welcome to our school board news page. Here you can stay updated on our activities and upcoming previews for the next month's meetings.
     Unlike a public school board, a Catholic school board is a volunteer advisory committee that works with the school families and parish to support the pastor and principal to improve our school programs, policies and opportunities. Membership on the board is open to all. If you wish to learn more about becoming a board member, please contact Principal Alimento.
Meetings are once each month (exact dates to be determined by our new board this month), and are open to all. Check our school calendars for specific dates.
     The board follows an agenda to keep time manageable. To add a subject or idea* you have to the agenda, please contact a board officer (secretary, chair or vice-chair-person) within one week prior to a meeting to be added to the schedule.
